I’m a team builder, leader, coach, technical document writer, auditor, investigator and improvement strategist. I’ve also completed tertiary studies in Governance, Risk, HR & Management on top of OHS studies. I’m a listener & doer, not a teller, learner rather than a self-confessed expert. • Improve safety performance through application & execution of proven business models.
• Articulating a vision and communicating that vision with an authentic (red dirt through to executive level) voice.
• Assisting organisation’s identify current state & desirable future state and plotting a trajectory to achieve this.

I mentor & coach people and teams on how to create a sustainable change in safety & risk.
I influence management how to communicate messages in memorable, engaging, and personable actions. This assists them embody an action & value-orientated approach and move them toward their core objectives and key results.
It is from an integrated and non-reductionist approach (ie not bolt on) we find that true change & organisation learning is possible.
