What am I doing currently:

  • SIA Young Safety Professional’s (YSP) National Committee member for NSW
    • We run sessions every month in Sydney for those under 35 (or those over 35 that want to improve YSP’s). Email me here for our next session.
  • An NSW Safety Institute of Australia (SIA) committee member responsible for:
    • New member onboarding
    • Leveraging tech and improving competencies within the Committee
  • Founding member of Safety on Tap Connected and keen participant
  • A Mentor  as part of the SIA’s Mentorship program
  • Guest on Safety on Tap’s podcast
  • Word for the year ala (Dr Jason Fox) is Coalesce – combine (elements) in a mass or whole
  • Father of two – Miss 10 and Master 2, husband to my amazing wife
  • Trying to improve my second serve, the first one isn’t too shabby @ Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Club
  • Attempting to produce more content than consume, but the battle isn’t going well
  • Getting better at weaponising research and theoretical concepts but it’s a hard slog
  • Integrating Ken Wilbur’s Integral Model into as much as possible
  • Assisting in the delivery of Stage 1B (M4 East) of the WestConnex Project, seconded from Samsung C&T based in Burwood, NSW at our Project Offices.
  • Passionate about advising small-scale start-ups to better serve industry and improve safety outcomes. Where possible integrating them into our Project / or conducting product trials as required.
  • Founder of ‘The Change Room’ a joint initiative with Zenergy for young safety professionals in Senior Positions to move the industry forward and help shape the future of the industry.
